2009/2010 Concession Duty

Managers:  Attached is your concession duty schedule.  Each team has concession duty once or twice.  As discussed at our initial meeting, each team is required to have parents come and volunteer on certain assigned Saturdays for a three hour shift.  Your team parents can split up the time however they want so they are not missing too much of their child's game.  We need 2 people per shift so the best way to do it is probably send 2 to work each hour.  The adults need to come work they may not send one of their other children to work for them unless that child is 15 or older. 
 
Getting the parents assigned to work is a good job for your Team Mom or Team Dad to accomplish for you.
 
Please note that it is your responsibility to be sure that your team's volunteers show up.  If the volunteers for your team do not show up to help in concession then the Director on Duty has the authority to come and stop your game until we get the necessary parents in the concession stand.
 
Please impress upon your parents that Concession Stand revenue is extremely important and is what allows us to keep down their registration costs while at the same time pay for the beautiful baseball complex we play in, provide insurance, equipment, training clinics, etc.....
